Yogurt with Honey, Walnuts and Berries

8 oz. of your favorite yogurt – I use Aris Plain Sheep’s Milk Yogurt sold at Vicente Foods.

Walnut pieces, soaked and oven crisped
Berries
Honey
Put yogurt into a bowl, I use a big pasta bowl.

Walnuts are dirty right out of the package.  Wash them off with water, then drain and soak in fresh water for an hour.  Rinse until water is clear.  Arrange on a perforated baking sheet and oven dry at 325 for about 20 minutes or until crisped but not burned.  I use the convection setting so the air circulates around them but a regular baking sheet and non-convection oven setting works just fine.
Arrange fruit around yogurt.  Sprinkle walnuts on top of yogurt and drizzle it all with your special fresh honey.
Serve at breakfast or with brunch or any time!
